How we charge…
Our project fee is based on the number, type, and size of windows and doors to be cleaned, the length of time since last cleaning, and the exact service(s) requested. Other factors include accessibility (indoors or out) due to window height/placement, obstructions, and cleaning complexity due to age, operating condition, or design.
Most cost factors are foreseeable during our pre-estimate inspection, and we state those estimated clearly on each written estimate along with our terms.

Clients control cost by choosing:
Full Service (inside, outside, storms, and screens) or
